Who We Are
Guardians of Ganja is a licensed insurance brokerage specializing in coverage for cannabis operators. We help you obtain and manage insurance placed with third-party carriers. We are an insurance intermediary, not an insurer; coverage is provided by the carriers that issue your policies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. Our Services are intended for lawful, state-licensed cannabis businesses and the people who operate them.
Quotes Are Not a Binder of Coverage
Information and quotes provided through the Services are for general purposes only and are not an offer, binder, or guarantee of insurance. No coverage exists until a carrier issues a policy and any required premium is paid. Actual terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions are governed solely by the policy documents issued by the carrier.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when requesting quotes or applying for coverage. Misrepresentation can void coverage.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable cannabis and insurance regulations.
- Not interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Guardians of Ganja or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for your own business insurance needs but may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.
Third-Party Links & Services
The Services may link to or rely on third parties (such as carriers, payment processors, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardians of Ganja will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold Guardians of Ganja harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where preempted by applicable federal or insurance regulation.
